Have a global pandemic and systemic supply chain shortages derailed boardroom plans to automate business processes?
Not at all. In fact, the effect has been the opposite. Nine in 10 business leaders now say that automating at least part of their operations will be critical in navigating a post-pandemic world.
This is according to a survey conducted by global intelligent automation software provider Kofax, which finds little disagreement between executives over the importance of automating key workflows. Where opinions differ is which workflows to automate first, and how to go about it.
